01

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of digital services by Mode by Gina, including web design, full-stack development, and digital assistant support. By engaging Mode by Gina, you agree to these terms.

02

Services & scope of work

Mode by Gina offers focused project engagements and monthly retainers. A clear scope of work and estimate will be provided before any project begins.

  • Webflow Development: custom layouts, CMS setup, custom code, and performance optimisation.
  • Full Stack Development: frontend experiences, database design, API architecture, and deployment.
  • Web Design: creative direction, wireframes, visual identity, and responsive layouts.
  • Digital Assistant: asset design, Notion workspaces, AI workflows, and technical support.

03

Pricing & payment terms

  • Project engagements: most projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining 50% due on completion and before the final handover of assets.
  • Retainers: monthly retainers are available for ongoing support services, including 20- and 40-hour monthly packages.
  • Rates: typical hourly rates and starting project prices are outlined on the Services page. Rates may change for future engagements.

04

Client responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide a clear brief, necessary brand assets, and timely feedback. Delays in client feedback may result in corresponding changes to the project timeline.

05

Intellectual property

Once the final 50% payment is received, all agreed final deliverables—code, designs, and digital assets—are transferred to the client. Mode by Gina may showcase completed work in portfolios and promotional materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed before the project begins.

06

Revisions & termination

  • Revisions are included as outlined in the initial project estimate. Additional revisions, new feature requests, or scope changes are billed at the standard hourly rate.
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If a client cancels, the 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable and any additional unbilled hours worked will be invoiced.
